Description

This is the 3Kg option of Hardness Plus for Spas.

Introducing Deep Blue Pro Calcium Hardness Plus, made to help you keep the calcium hardness in your spa water properly balanced. Struggling to hit the right hardness level? This product is built to help.

Calcium hardness, also referred to as total hardness, is a major factor in your spa water’s overall quality. It shows how hard or soft your water is, depending on the mineral salts, chiefly calcium, that are dissolved in it, and this can vary a good deal by region depending on your water supply.

Correct calcium hardness levels are important, as an imbalance brings a number of issues. Too little hardness can leave water corrosive, cause etching or foaming, while too much can lead to scale, filter calcification, cloudiness and staining, each of which harms your spa experience.

With Deep Blue Pro Calcium Hardness Plus, precise dosage advice is on hand to tackle whatever hardness level you’re dealing with. Whether a small top up or a larger correction is needed, or you simply want to hold hardness steady, this product handles it simply.

As an example, lifting hardness in 1,000 litres by 10mg/l needs 15g of Hardness Plus, whereas a larger 50mg/l rise calls for 76g. These clear figures let you adapt treatment precisely to your spa.

Should your spa’s calcium hardness rise above 200mg/l, Deep Blue Pro ScaleAway steps in, helping stop scale deposits forming in the filter, heater, pipework and on spa surfaces, so scale buildup does not become a problem even at higher hardness levels.

When hardness needs bringing down, Deep Blue Pro ScaleAway offers an easy fix, with only 25ml required per 1,000 litres. Applying it regularly at the recommended intervals gradually restores the hardness to a normal range.

Opting for Deep Blue Pro Calcium Hardness Plus and ScaleAway together is an investment in your spa’s long term performance, not just its water treatment. Put hardness concerns behind you and enjoy clear, well balanced water that improves your spa experience.

Feel the benefit of precise water care and make the most of your spa with Deep Blue Pro’s range. Trust a brand built around quality, effective results and customer satisfaction, keeping your spa water pristine every time.

Try Deep Blue Pro products and set a new benchmark for spa water care. Your route to properly balanced water begins here, so take that step toward a better spa experience with the support of Deep Blue Pro’s expertise.

Manufacturers description:

Deep Blue Pro Calcium Hardness Plus – If the calcium hardness of your spa water is less than 100mg/l then it should be increased using Deep Blue Pro Hardness Plus.

Calcium Hardness:Calcium hardness (or total hardness) is the measure of how hard or soft the water is. The level will vary depending on where your water supply comes from, for example in some parts of Scotland & South Wales the water is very soft and in the South East the water can be very hard. The hardness depends upon the amount of mineral salts (mainly calcium) that are dissolved in the water and the more salts there are the harder the water is.

Problems Associated with incorrect Calcium Hardness Levels:

Low Hardness – Corrosive water
Low Hardness – Etching of surfaces
Low Hardness – Foam
High Hardness – Scale formation
High Hardness – Filter calcification
High Hardness – Cloudy water
High Hardness – Staining

Ideal Ranges:Low calcium Hardness less than 100mg/l
High calcium Hardness more than 200mg/l
If the calcium hardness of your spa water is less than 100mg/l then it should be increased using Deep Blue Pro Hardness Plus.

Dose Rates:To Increase Hardness in 1,000 Litres by 10mg/l requires 15g of Hardness Plus
To Increase Hardness in 1,000 Litres by 25mg/l requires 38g of Hardness Plus
To Increase Hardness in 1,000 Litres by 50mg/l requires 76g of Hardness Plus
If the calcium hardness of your spa water is greater than 200mg/l then Deep Blue Pro ScaleAway should be used to help prevent scale deposits within the filter, heater, pipework and on spa surfaces.

Dose Rates:To reduce hardness in 1,000 Litres requires 25ml of ScaleAway – Repeat every 24 hours untill your levels have returned back to normal range.
