Bought these to use in an 8ft paddling pool. Started with one tablet in dispenser (being a little cautious not to put too much in) – after 1 week the water was a little cloudy and there were a couple of masses of mosquito larvae : / Refilled pool and put in 1.5 tablets, keeping it topped up to this level – 3 weeks later the pool is crystal clear and no sign of any larvae. Very happy with this product : )

Last longer than other brands. I don’t know what the difference is but one of these a week keeps the water sparkling.I was having trouble keeping the water clear on my inflatable hot tub and kept having to empty it and clean it out as the sides were getting slippery. This keeps everything clean. Deep blue and squeaky clean sides.

  270. David Shellcock –

I’m using this in a large paddling pool at the moment to save money as I have a water meter. I like the easy to use float that holds the tablets. Arrived quickly. The only problem was the plastic tub the tablets are in had been cracked at the bottom as it was packaged very poorly in a Jiffy bag instead of bumble or something more substantial.

  271. Florian Hellrung (verified owner) –

    Good value for money

  272. martin brianbrown (verified owner) –

good quality and have worked wonders for me.

  273. Fionanorm –

Weve had these before for our Hot Tub and they provide good value for money and dissolve without a problem. Cheaper than the DeepBlue version by a fiver – albeit the price of all tablets has gone up by 33% due to COVID. (everyone staying at home buying a hot tub instead of holidaying equals price increases unfortunately it seems).

  339. Sashka –

Very good value dispenser and tablets. The tablets are slow dissolving. You need a water tester to check the chemical levels

  340. Steve400 (verified owner) –

Does exactly what it says easy to use.

  341. Isobolev (verified owner) –

This is a huge tub, I thought it was much smaller. Maybe because I was thinking doctor size tablets who knows, but it was a shock. Have not used yet, but will update review when its warmer.Update: put pool up today, can smell chlorine in the floater and water so I am guessing its doing its job. I don’t have a filter so I manually move the floater around at fast speed to mix it more. Have not tested with strips yet, added two tablets to a 8ft x 24 inches deep (splash pool) to give it a good dose, then I will use one tablet and see how it goes. Will update in one week!

  342. Kyle Ashton –

Quick and fast delivery. The tablets are a good size for applying the correct dose and do not break up giving a steady release of chemical to the pool

This is a very easy way of chlorinating your pool but you will need to Shock it every couple of weeks with another product as you cant control how fast/slow the chlorine dissolves in your pool. I used to use granules but found them a bit toxic but I must admit Ill be returning to granules as I could control the chlorine levels much better and never had cloudy water.

Got this for my 8ft fast-set pool, it’s just the right size of dispenser for this size pool. It’s easy to adjust the dial of the dispenser to allow more/less of the chlorine tablet to be dissolved. One tablet lasts about a 10 days with the dial set to only one aperture. Didn’t think much of the test strips, they don’t come in the pot illustrated, they’re just in a little sachet. I didn’t use them (I got some DeepBlue ones instead that come in a proper pot).Overall this stuff has definitely kept the pool hygienic and has meant not having to empty and refill it – thus saving water as well!

Quite cheaply made, but the tablets were useful

Easy to use supplied with good instructions about quantity of tablets needed for amount of water in pool. Water has remained fresh and clean since start of use. 7 days at present. Water was going green after 3 days prior to use.

Used these instead of chlorine granules in a hot tub, much better using these tabs in floating dispenser. No instructions on how to use as pointed out by other reviewers but I put 4 in the dispenser and it controls the chlorine perfectly. I just check theyre still there and will renew when dissolved. Very pleased with purchase.
