Description

Welcome to the Deep Blue Pro – Multifunctional Mini 20g Chlorine Tablets 3kg, the ultimate solution for maintaining your pool or hot tub with ease and efficiency. These tablets are specially formulated to provide long-lasting protection against bacteria, algae, and other contaminants, ensuring that your water stays crystal clear and safe for swimming.

Containing stabilised chlorine, a clarifier, and an algaecide, these tablets offer a comprehensive approach to water treatment, eliminating the need for multiple care products. The stabiliser in the tablets helps prevent chlorine loss due to sunlight exposure, while the clarifier keeps your water clear and free from cloudiness. The algaecide component works to inhibit algae growth, preventing your pool from turning green and unsightly.

Designed for convenience, these slow-release tablets last up to 3-4 days, providing continuous protection and reducing the need for frequent maintenance. Whether you have a hot tub or a swimming pool, these multifunctional tablets are suitable for both, ensuring that your water remains safe and hygienic for bathers.

For optimal results, it is recommended to maintain a free chlorine level of 3-5 mg/l for hot tubs and 1-3 mg/l for swimming pools. These tablets are easy to use and can be placed in floating dispensers, chemical feeders, or skimmer baskets, offering flexibility in application.

When applying these chlorine tablets, ensure that the pH level of your water is within the ideal range of 7.2 – 7.6 for best performance. Additionally, follow the dosage instructions provided to maintain the appropriate chlorine residuals for your specific water volume and type of water body.

For hot tubs, a shock or start-up dose of chlorine may be required for freshly filled tubs, and regular monitoring of chlorine levels is essential to ensure water quality. Whether you use a floating dispenser, chlorine feeder, or skimmer basket, these tablets can be easily adjusted to meet the desired chlorine levels.

It is important to note that periodic shock dosing of your pool or hot tub is recommended to eliminate any excess contamination, especially after heavy use or at regular intervals. When using the tablets in skimmer baskets, be cautious to prevent chlorine build-up and ensure that children do not have access to the skimmer for safety reasons.

For accurate dosing rates, consider the water flow rate and temperature of your pool or hot tub. The dosage may vary based on the size of your water body, with specific guidelines provided for medium and large hot tubs, as well as swimming pools.

With the Deep Blue Pro – Multifunctional Mini 20g Chlorine Tablets 3kg, you can enjoy a hassle-free and effective way to maintain your pool or hot tub, keeping the water clean, clear, and inviting for all your aquatic activities. Invest in these high-quality tablets today and experience the difference in water quality and convenience.

  39. schira marielaure –

The picture shows a float and the tub of tablets. I assumed the float would come with it when I purchased. Not the case unfortunately because no float came in the box. I rechecked the wording on the product writing and there was no mention of the float. Bit annoyed but I guess I should have read the information properly. They should take off the picture of the float because this is misleading

Not much to say other than they do a small they say on the tub. Must be genuine as I have a very poor sense of smell and these knocked me back when I opened the can! Floating dispenser works well, we only out in one tablet at a time which lasts about a week.

  62. Christopher Humphriss –

Very easy to use but does not desolve!! It was floating in the pool for a week and it still wasnt desolved. I had end up buying the liquid version. Not worth it as its going in the bin.

  72. Mikaela Kleehammer (verified owner) –

    Easy to use

  73. Annie –

Couldn’t mark on other stars as it didn’t associate with product. I’ve used this product before but not from this Seller. Unfortunately package wasn’t very safe & was ripped so you could smell the tablets before taking plastic rapper off, because of this the lid was slight broken & lots of the tablets smashed, it really needs better packaging & safe for this type of product as with it having a chemical in its possibly dangerous if on hands like it was on mine & can cause respiratory problems especially because of smashed tablets.

  74. Joey Blake (verified owner) –

Does what it says on the tub.

  75. Lyn Mitchell (verified owner) –

    Does the job

  76. Mrs G Jj Suttton –

These pool tablets are much simpler to use than the granules. You simply pop one or two in your pool dispenser and they will dispense over time. You just need to keep an eye on the chemical levels and adjust accordingly.

  77. Mr Ravi F. Sinclair –

Lifted up tiny particles – crystal finish; on time delivery

  78. R. Wyder (verified owner) –

Didn’t work at all, pool still filled with algae after a week despite using a filter and the tablets, kids liked the smell of the water tho!

  79. Ralf Tenbrink (verified owner) –

    Four Stars

  80. Ian Norris –

These are the only chlorine tablets that we would used

This stuff appears to be very effective at helping keep the pool nice and clean and, more importantly, algae-free. The chlorine tablets take ages to dissolve, so our pool doesn’t stink of chlorine.IMPORTANT: From my experience, this works at its best when used in a pool with a filter pump.

  120. R. Radclyffe (verified owner) –

Be careful about paying extra for brand names, check the chemical composition you will find most are the same, they will have fancy names for things but in the longer run, its the active chemicals – in this case chlorine. These tablets were not only cheaper than the brand name were identical

  121. Phil Daniels –

Received blue tablets instead of while like other reviews have mentioned. I called DeepBlue who confirmed they have changed tablets from white with blue specs to blue tablets so don’t worry if they are blue

  165. Llamedos –

No instructions, poorly made, not worth the price, dispenser doesn’t close properly

  166. Ralph Furse (verified owner) –

This set is so much more convenient than using chlorine granules and even the powder, both of which I used to mix with hot water and throw in the pool, then I’d get a bit lazy and miss a couple of days and it would turn green.I didn’t think 10 tabs would be enough and that they’d dissolve really quickly but I’ve been using the 1st tablet for a few days now and it’s still a decent size, they’re also multifunctional, not just chlorine, so are doing a better job of keeping the pool clean with the aid of a filter.

  167. Michael Asiedu Okyere –

great should keep my pool clean when I get my strips to test the water just waiting for the rest of my order

  170. Z. Ch –

Far to easy for customers to move setting to maximum release too much chlorine, I lost 10 tablets in a week with one holiday maker!I’m going back to my old one it was much better and you could set and fix a slow release.

I have been using these tablets now for the last two weeks, each tablet is lasting around 4 days (800 lts @ 37c) and when checking the water its in specification each time, so really hassle free.

Work as they are supposed to

  222. Gary Tombs –

I used it for the hot tub.

  223. BonnieP –

  224. miss victoria l brown –

Not used yet,but they are the same chlorine tablets sold for use with inflatable hot tubs. Had bromine tablets last year but found they didn’t keep the water as fresh as chlorine.

Ideal for my small pool – does the job.Would probably suit a pool with a pump & circulating water better so help disolve the tablets & circulate the chemical.

  229. Catriona Kane –

Product in line within expectations. Timely delivery

  230. Ms. Julie M. High (verified owner) –

These are brilliant. Saw a chap on YouTube using these and you dont really need anything else to put in to the spa. Last year I found it hard to get a happy medium and no slime. These are great

  242. Denise Wilson (verified owner) –

Needed to help keep the water clean in our Bestway 12ft pool. Purchased a floater to pop these in, when you open the tub the chlorine smell hits you, simply pop and tablet in the floater and pop that in the pool when nobody is in there. The water only has a slight chlorine smell. The tablets last a long time so this tub will go far. Just the job!

  243. Shoe Addiction (verified owner) –

  250. ANNE C. (verified owner) –

We previously used chlorine granuals and the PH balancers etc which were tricky to use and measure out, and which took time to do too. We then swapped to using these and they are fantastic. You just pop one tablet into the dispenser, open the ‘door’ of the dispenser just a fraction and the rest is done. Sparkling water every time. One tablet lasts us 2-3 days. If I had a negative, it would be that it’s sometimes hard to get the chlorine balance just right – the door to our dispenser has to be open just right not to raise the levels too much. But that’s more of an issue with the dispenser rather than these tablets. I definitely recommend them for an easy life.

  251. 36951 –

  255. StanleyK –

Help I have the Lazy Spa Palm Springs and found these tablets to be the best thing since the granules …. But my readings are over the scale I tend to but two tablets in 50 gm each when they have dissolved should I be using one not got a clue first time I’ve ever bought or used a hot tub I’ve tried all means even on granular and that used to ruin the water but these work fantastic

Brilliant for £25. Well worth the money. We have an 8ft Bestway. Popped in whilst filling pool up and this is the water on day 3. Only have to scoop any bits out now! First night we had 1 tablet in vent fully open and now we just have it slightly open. Dont feel dirty and manky after 3rd day of use leading us to emptying the water out and changing it!

  278. jcd (verified owner) –

After having to constantly weigh the granules I thought Id give one of these a go. Its tons better and does the job perfect for keeping my hot tub nice and clean. Can adjust the bottom to release slow or faster too. A lot easier and cheaper than using granules.

  279. Betn (verified owner) –

Wasn’t ever able to control the chlorine in my lay z spa with the 20g tablets or granules – either too high or too low. With this mini tabs it is so predictable and easy to dose. I still use the dosing device (on fully open) just to save having to dissolve them first. Highly recommend.

  349. bassam al kari –

Used these instead of chlorine granules in a hot tub, much better using these tabs in floating dispenser. No instructions on how to use as pointed out by other reviewers but I put 4 in the dispenser and it controls the chlorine perfectly. I just check they’re still there and will renew when dissolved. Very pleased with purchase.

  350. richard dyson –

Great for use in Chemical dispenser. Using just 1 or 2 per week in alliance with water quality strips, works for me to maintain the clarity and cleaniless of the water in my LAY Z Spa Miami hot tub.

  353. Irene Sartori –

I have read lots of reviews and thought it was a good product. To start with, when it arrived some of the tablets were broken.I put one in the dispenser and put on the pool. After a couple of hours the tablet was almost gone, which surprised me as many people said it lasted over a week.So I was a bit disappointed with the product.
